1] All orders must be accompanied with minimum 50% advance of
the total value of the plants ordered by remittance of bank draft to

ICICI BANk, Current Account No. : 005305005082

1a] The balance of 50% should be paid against delivery at our Nursery.

2] For bulk orders special rates will be considered.

3] Every care will be taken to ensure that all plants are Packed as per our bills.

4] We will not be held responsible for damages or losses caused during transit .

5] The rates quoted are for delivery at our Nursery. Packing, Forwarding and
Postage will be charged as per actual Amount spent by payee.

6] Transportation charges by Lorry hire must be paid at the time of delivery at

destination as per our delivery note/letter.

8] Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice.

9] Plants once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
